# Initial Ecosystem

## Building the Initial LMTLS Ecosystem: Paving the Way for Growth

**Overview of Strategic Partnerships**

In the initial phase of the LMTLS project, our primary objective is to secure a robust user base by partnering with mobile services closely aligned with Korean culture and industry. Alongside Nuri Lounge, a global creator service operated by LMTLS founders, we will establish key partnerships with prominent Korean startups spanning diverse mobile services such as Funpik for Korean language learning, goPicky for global K-Beauty reviews, travel communities, and influencer marketing platforms. Through these collaborations, we aim to rapidly build the initial alliance network and secure a minimum of one million users for the LMTLS ecosystem.<br>

**Purpose of the Initial Stage**

The initial stage of the ecosystem serves two crucial purposes: acquiring initial users for LMTLS and validating hypotheses related to token usage and circulation. By partnering with early alliances like Funpik and goPicky, we anticipate attracting over 300,000 initial users. Nurilounge's influencer content will also attract external users, while subsequent alliances joining the ecosystem will accelerate the growth, enabling us to swiftly reach a user pool of one million.<br>

**Leveraging LXP in the Initial Phase of LMTLS**

Each service has an unified point called LXP, which allows users to seamlessly integrate and utilize multiple services without boundaries. For example, goPicky users can exchange LXP collected on goPicky for vouchers redeemable on Funpik. Since the initial alliances specifically target users interested in Korean culture, they can enjoy the advantages of leveraging LXP across multiple services. These alliances among the first ten mobile services are designed to foster mutually beneficial exchanges among users, thereby validating our hypothesis of ecosystem expansion through increased point utilization—an essential goal of LMTLS.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.lmtls.io/plans/business-plan/initial-ecosystem.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
