๐คนโโ๏ธ2. Action 2 Earn
LMTLS is harnessing blockchain technology to construct an A2E (Action to Earn)-based compensation system, tailored to deliver more precise and influential rewards to participants in the LMTLS platform. With all mobile-based user activity records seamlessly integrated within the LMTLS alliance, everyday activities can be converted into LXP, ready to be utilized as assets by users in the future.
Currently, compensation is structured around activities conducted within the Alliance service and the LMTLS App, with the possibility of extending compensation to various marketing initiatives involving external partners. These compensation mechanisms are offered in three primary formats, which will be detailed further below.
1) LXP Compensation Based on User Activity within the Alliance Service
As previously mentioned, LXP is allocated based on user interactions within the Alliance app. LXP can be utilized for subscriptions and promotional offers within Alliance services. The quantity of LXP varies according to user behavior patterns, criteria initially established through discussions between the Alliance and the LMTLS team. For instance, in the case of Alliance (A), 1 LXP (A) may be awarded for daily access, whereas for Alliance (B), where daily access holds significant value, 5 LXP (B) might be granted.
In addition to the predetermined compensation policy, the Alliance retains the flexibility to utilize LXP as promotional incentives for users, with intentions to diversify their utilization in various ways. There are plans to diversify their usage into various forms, and this will be elaborated upon through specific Alliance cases in the following section.
Case 1: Community to Earn
Nurilounge, a pivotal service within the LMTLS ecosystem, functions as a global K-beauty user community. In addition to catering to English-speaking users, it has plans to integrate regional influencers and K-beauty enthusiasts from countries like Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and the United States. This strategic move aims to offer experiential groups and reviews tailored for the cross-border market, bolstering its marketing services. Every user in this service has an LMTLS wallet. Depending on their level of engagement and specific activation criteria, users are rewarded with LXP. These LXP compensation grant them access to a plethora of incentives and shopping opportunities within the expansive LMTLS ecosystem. This mechanism effectively unites K-beauty enthusiasts, a fundamental component of the LMTLS platform, under a single community banner. The rewards accrued through these engagements are denoted as "Community to Earn." Furthermore, apart from the K-beauty user community, the LMTLS Alliance envisions the possibility of unlocking additional "Community to Earn" opportunities by embracing community services rooted in diverse sectors like entertainment, language, and fashion.
Case 2: Review to Earn
LMTLS has strategic plans to integrate various review services within its Alliance, aiming to encourage enthusiastic users deeply engaged in specific industries to actively participate in the ecosystem. Prominent examples of such services include platforms like Picky and Mouda. These services offer a unique function, allowing users to solicit cosmetic reviews from global K-beauty enthusiasts and compensating them with points. Users who join through these review services are likely to be interested in the K-Beauty sector. By giving them LXP, they are more likely to use these points for beauty-related purchases and experiences. Review marketing is a common practice in many industries. The model of integrating diverse review services with token rewards has the potential to expand beyond the beauty sector, encompassing industries like travel, fashion, food and beverage, and entertainment, where consumer reviews play a crucial role.
Case 3: Shop to Earn
LMTLS seamlessly integrates eCommerce within the Alliance, empowering users to utilize their LXP for purchases. Within the Alliance, users can pay with LXP, usually for a certain percentage of the total cost. Since LXP can't cover all expenses, users mix it with regular currency for their transactions. Users can redeem LXP to purchase products by following these steps (event planning, event page creation, and user utilization through LXP. ) :
Event planning: Alliance will set the products to be sold and LXP redeem rate in advance in consultation with the LMTLS team. The redemption rate is calculated according to the price of the product. This prevents Alliance from losing money through excessive use of LXP or utilizing too few LXP.
event page creation : An event page is created in the LMTLS app with pre-specified products and LXP usage.
User utilization through LXP : Users use LXP to purchase their favorite products through the event page. At this time, LXPs to be used are burned.
Furthermore, LMTLS can offer LXP rewards at a specified rate for the conventional currency used by users during payments. This approach ensures that users not only enjoy the benefits of LXP usage but also receive rewards for their consumption. Thus, the point rewards associated with shopping activities, in conjunction with LXP, are aptly termed 'Shop to Earn.'
Case 4: Learn to Earn
LMTLS is poised to establish connections with mobile services pertaining to education. A prime example of this is the partnership with "Funpik," a startup specializing in Korean language learning services. Funpik has emerged as one of the fastest-growing platforms for learning Korean, with a continually expanding user base of individuals keen on mastering the language worldwide.
Users can earn LXP by achieving their learning goals on Funpik. LXP is versatile and can be utilized not only within Funpik but also across a spectrum of services affiliated with LMTLS. Looking ahead, as LMTLS extends its reach to encompass services offering diverse language learning opportunities and knowledge acquisition, the concept of 'Learn to Earn' can be effectively implemented within the LMTLS ecosystem.
Beyond the A2E models outlined above, a plethora of A2E configurations can be structured, depending on the services provided by each Alliance. This flexibility accommodates the accumulation of diverse user behaviors on a substantial scale, generating a wealth of valuable data. Consequently, with the expansion of Alliances and their user bases, users will not only enjoy an array of rewards but also witness the application of advanced marketing strategies by the Alliances, leveraging these rewards.
This interaction between alliances and users will be a strong incentive, driving the LMTLS ecosystem to new levels, bolstered by innovative approaches to rewards and marketing.
2) Enhancing User Engagement and Rewards in the LMTLS App
The LMTLS App incorporates gamification elements to enhance user engagement and stimulate activity through a range of events and interactive features. Beyond conventional marketing-driven activities such as attendance and event participation, we intend to infuse enjoyable aspects into the acquisition and utilization of LIX by introducing our own mini-games and in-app voting. Furthermore, in a bid to incentivize participation in Alliance services, LIX compensation can be disbursed based on the way and quantity of LXP held. These rewards will be systematically allocated in accordance with our forthcoming Action to Earn Treasury plans, fostering increased user participation and activation.
3) Diverse Marketing Compensation Strategies in LMTLS
In addition to partnering with Alliances, LMTLS aims to collaborate with various external partners to offer promotions and incentives to its users. These external partners will conduct promotions targeting specific customer segments within LMTLS, and users can earn rewards by participating in activities such as viewing advertisements, signing up for memberships, and making purchases. These rewards encompass both tangible assets like discount coupons and real-world items, as well as cryptocurrency-based rewards like tokens from other projects and NFTs.
Non-Crypto: Coupons, Actual Products
Crypto: Tokens, NFT Airdrops
LMTLS doesn't limit itself to a single form of Action-to-Earn (A2E) but rather seeks to create an ecosystem where rewards can be earned across various domains. This includes rewards for community-based activities, data contributions beneficial to industries (such as reviews), and rewards tied to shopping behavior. In the initial stages of the LMTLS ecosystem, A2E token issuance and usage will be explored, focusing on a select number of services. However, as the ecosystem expands, a wider array of A2E tokens for services with distinct identities will be issued to LMTLS users' wallets. The utilization of these tokens will enable more precise modeling of user engagement and behavior analysis.
